INCOMING: HOW I GREW OUT MY HAIR! This used to be a very delicate topic for me! I had horrible postpartum hair loss and had some type of hair extension for almost 6 years! I was so insecure on how thin my hair was that I just masked it with hair extensions which was not helping the problem! After lots of trial and error, I honestly think staying consistent with my go-to’s have led me to actually loving my natural hair! 🥹 I’ve linked my favorite products that I use along with my tips and tricks!
1. Try to let your hair air dry as much as possible! I stay away from heat styling as much as possible!
2. I know this goes against everything we’ve been taught, but when your hair is dirty you need to wash it! Keeping your scalp clean and your follicles open will encourage growth!
3. Find a stylist that won’t fry your hair off if you’re blonde. Love you @nickmerolahair 🙏🏻
4. Use a scalp serum and take supplements. I’ve been using both for over 2 years - consistency is key!
5. Quality products = quality outcome. Invest in products that will heal your hair! //
