What’s better than warm Mississippi roast on a cold cozy night??? We don’t get too many cold nights here but when we do, this is a go to!!

The packet is intended for an instant pot but I love my crockpot!! The only difference is the instant pot you need to add water and the time it takes of course!

You need:
•roast
•seasoning packet
•4 Tbsp butter of choice
•peperoncini peppers & juice

Place it all in the crock pot on low for 8 hours!! Then shred and serve! Makes roughly six servings depending on the size of your roast! Boom!!! Cozy dinner done!!

I paired mine with mashed potatoes and green beans! My total meal was 3 Points on @weightwatchers
