Have lived in this crop for pregnant and postpartum workouts! Runs oversized so I got an L but really should’ve gotten a medium!

If you’re looking for a shoe with a wide toe box that doesn’t look like a clown, I have been seriously obsessed with these Adapt Runners from Flux Footwear!

They are wide with zero drop which I love because your foot functions so much better when it can interact with the ground appropriately while walking and running. Can be a game changer for hip and pelvic floor issues.
