Rules:
1. Use the retinoid you can use and tolerate
2. don’t forget your neck
3. Don’t use thick eye creams
4. Never sleep in wet hair
5. Heat protection always

A PM night time routine is just the best way to relax after a long day. If all you did was SPF in the AM and a retinoid + moisturizer at night you would be fine. But I love this routine. It’s my me time after my kids are cozy in bed and a good show or book on lock.
