The people here are SO friendly 2. A lot of people here are trying to follow their passion, and you can feel it in their work and your everyday life. The coffee tastes better because the roaster is obsessed with getting the perfect roast, the guy selling fish knows everything there is to know about it, because he’s super passionate about it, and the guy you meet driving your Uber is happy as can be, because he just wants to talk about the new business he’s trying to get off the ground. 3. So many people are moving here everyday that the city is constantly growing.
