I’ll never get over our wedding charcuterie board! I always wanted a gluten-free and vegan charcuterie table at my wedding and that dream came true! I gave the caterer all of the utensils and boards. I sent her a list of all the foods that we wanted, including all the vegan cheeses from Rebel cheese, gluten-free, baguettes, and crackers, and all the beautiful, colorful nuts, seeds, fruit, fruits, jams…it was absolutely beautiful. I loved how it turned out. We even had a big bucket of chips for the kids and a separate section of just fruit for people who had allergies to nuts, etc. LTKWedding
