Thursday called for a 10 mi steady pace on the plan I’m following my. I did 11 only bc I shortened the day before. Ketone IQ is fantastic for focus! Love these On Cloud Monster Hypers.

I meant to take a photo with my outfit wearing my arm Tracksmith arm sleeves but didn’t happen. This was me after taking my hat n glasses off. I never run without a hat n sun glasses bc Im afraid of getting too much sun !
