Banana Nut Bread 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup coconut sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract Pecans, if desired Mix all ingredients together. Put in buttered & floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°f for 1 hour. banananutbread
