This is one of my favorite under eye combinations when I’m dealing with darkness, dehydration, or concealer that just isn’t sitting right.

I start with the Tula Under Eye Balm to add hydration and help smooth the area. Then I use the Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightener to neutralize darkness and bring light back under the eyes.

The result is brighter, smoother, more refreshed looking under eyes and makeup that applies more beautifully.
