Ok this is my soccer GRWM for an 830 game (but we went out for breakfast after so I didn’t wanna be totally bum!!)
✨SKIN TINT: shade 7
✨illuminating eye tint is all I needed and used for under eyes. It’s amazing! It’s also BOGO 61% off this weekend.
✨POWDER: shade NW18. This is amazing to have on hand bc it gives a bit of coverage quickly and it’s light. You can build if you need more.
✨ curl lashes & use drug store mascara (silver tube) super fast & didn’t even look in mirror
✨ brush up brows - just used the NYX brow glue in “dark brown”
✨ freckles - the black tube is the best but the purple tube is super easy and great for fast application. I just wouldn’t use it if you want them to look good. I hid under a cap all day!
✨ lip stain in shade “ALMOND” by summer Fridays is amazing if you catch it in stock!
✨lip tint #1 in “utopia” but it was a little vampy for a morning soccer game so I tried the lip oil link in shade “sweet” and it was pretty!
I didn’t apply a fresh brush or bronzer - just used what was leftover on each brush to give myself a little color very quickly

Hair growth journey!

1.) Nutrafol [I use post partum formula - hair came out when I hit 3.5months PP!]
2.) Liquid Collagen [back to doing 2tablespoons daily - which I used 7 years ago after I had sophia and it helped incredibly. I swear by it for skin too.
3.) When I was I start by pouring the glycolic down my scalp - this gets your hair extra clean and breaks up dead skin on scalp. I shampoo 2x - once with a detox shampoo and one for hydration. AFTER the shower I let a towel absorb the water then I use the little Stamping Tool and work it all across my scalp up top and then focus on the receding hairline that went bald lol! you stamp and it has a bit of a spice but only near my receding hairline. Then you use the pink Stem Cell serum to drip into where you stamp. This does not make your hair dirty or less clean. It dries like normal. I was my hair once per week if that tells you anything! This is similiar to microneedling FYI.

I saw improvement in the first 3 weeks of this routine!
