What a typical Friday off looks like for me. Todays agenda:
(Not shown) 60 minutes on the walking pad 6:30-7:30
Get ready for the day, eat breakfast 7:30-8:30
Coffee Run 9am!
Mother’s Day mani pedi 9:30-11
Cardio at the gym (step master 30
Mins) 11:30-12
Target errands! 12-1:30 (I was alone and had the free time to just browse and enjoy lol)
Home, fold laundry, lunch 1:30-3
Catch up on missed LTK education classes while Cory works from home 3-5
Gym with Cory! (Today we trained glutes)
5-6:30
We enjoyed a free meal this evening. We had cheeseburgers 6:30-7:30

Usually when I’m off I try to get content, but I wasn’t feeling it. Cannot wait for the warmer weather!! Anyway, I took the day off and listened to my body. So I rested and got some ltk education instead.
