Fitness/health goals this month: - 1 gal water daily - 14k steps daily (getting lean for summer, but in the healthiest way possible) - Still in calorie surplus because my priority is to keep fueling my body, And get stronger. - taking ALL my vitamins - pineapple juice and green tea daily for digestion support. (Also some natural electrolytes in the juice) I drink mine right after an intense training session, or after a long walk. Add a pinch of salt and skip the Gatorade! - limiting caffeine, cutting the crap energy drinks (right now I allow myself a treat on the weekends) - electrolyte powder to add to my drinks.
