The biggest perk of going to the gym super early is getting to watch the sunrise ๐ over the outdoor track ๐โโ๏ธ - Godโs glory is just breathtaking!! โจ Also, Week 5 is done โ๏ธ of my @nourishmovelove โ12 Week Winter Arcโ program ๐ช๐ฝ (did 2 this morning since we are headed out of town ๐ this evening ๐ซถ๐ฝ) and lovingggg it!!! ๐๐ฝ I do it every morning (M-F) in addition to daily cardio (walk or run!) and I canโt recommend her workouts enough! Quick and effective and great for busy mamas!!! ๐คฑ๐ฅฐ
