The biggest perk of going to the gym super early is getting to watch the sunrise π over the outdoor track πββοΈ - Godβs glory is just breathtaking!! β¨ Also, Week 5 is done βοΈ of my @nourishmovelove β12 Week Winter Arcβ program πͺπ½ (did 2 this morning since we are headed out of town π this evening π«Άπ½) and lovingggg it!!! ππ½ I do it every morning (M-F) in addition to daily cardio (walk or run!) and I canβt recommend her workouts enough! Quick and effective and great for busy mamas!!! π€±π₯°
