This beautiful monday 🌞 called for a fun little outing right by us to the historic Washburn’s General Store!! 🏬🤠🪑 And this (!!) view of the horsies 🐴🌾 coming out of our driveway 🛻 … I’ll never over it 🤭 Such a fun 🤩 little adventure learning our new sweet small town!! 🫶🏽 #washburnsgeneralstore #smalltowngeneralstore #smalltownliving #countryliving

I loved all the antiques and nostalgic items they sell there!! 🤠 We got their signature tomato 🍅 and pimento cheese 🧀 sandwiches 🥪 for lunch (& they gave my boys some cookies 🍪 as a treat afterwards, too)!! 🥰 And I got to meet and talk to the lovely owner for almost an hour and she knew my Mamaw & Papaw (used to live on their street 🤯) and went to high school with my dad, too!! 🤍 She went on and on about what a special area this is to get to raise my little ones 👶🏼👶🏼 and it just felt like such a God thing!! 🥹 I’ve got lots of family history in this overall area and it’s just so full circle ⭕️ that the Lord has led us to plant 🌱 our roots and dreams 💭 here!! 🏡🌾 #fullcirclemoments

This beautiful monday called for a fun little outing right by us to the historic Washburn’s General Store!! 🏬🤠🪑

I love the slow coziness of January so much 🥰❄️🙌🏽 - slow mornings ☕️ in jammies ❤️ and playing with allllll the wooden “choo choo” train sets 🚂 and their new horse barn 🐴 and trailer 🛻 (very fitting for our future here on the farm 🤭) from RaRa - keeps them entertained for hours!!! 🫶🏽

And this gorgeous sunny ☀️ Sunday afternoon called for some post-church 💒 bike 🚲 ridin’ around the farm!!! 🌳🌾 Go Judson go!!! 💨 It all truly feels like such a “pinch me” moment that my babies get to grow up on this special farm 🥹👶🏼🌳 - just all a dream 💭 come TRUE 🙌🏽 - every single bit of it!! ☀️ From the barn 🐴 , cutie little guest house 🏠, to the pond 🦆, the old dirt roads 🛻, the pastures upon pastures 🌾, and white picket 🪧 fences… it’s everything we could’ve asked for and more!! 🤍 Thank you, Lord!! It’s been such sweet slow rainy 🌧️ Saturday around here with homemade waffles 🧇, horsies 🐴 out our window 🪟, and pure joy 🤩 of finally being H O M E !!! 🏡 And lookkkk how cutie 🥰 these rustic farmhouse chairs 🪑 look in our dining room, y’all!! 🙌🏽 I’m obsessed!!! 🤩 We went to pick them up last night 🛻 (FB Marketplace find for the win 👏🏽🏆) and I’ve been so excited about them!!! ✨ And got them for the craziest deal 🏷️, too!!! 🥳 And the boys’ new @radioflyerinc horse 🐴 that Santa Claus 🎅🏻 brought for Christmas 🎄 has been quite the hit!! 👏🏽 And perfect for all the rainy ☔️ days we’ve had!! 🫶🏽 They loveeee the little carrot 🥕 that you can feed the horsie, too - it really is the little things with children!! 🥰

This morning’s sunrise on the farm was the most beautiful one yet 🌅🚜🌾🌳 and took our breath away!! 🥹💭🏡🌄 Thank you, Lord, for the gift of this wonderful place and all you have in store for our family here!! 🤱🏠🐴👶🏼 The fact that I get to raise these sweet little country babies 👶🏼🌾 out here 🌳🪵 is just a total dream come true!! 🥹💭 I’ll never get over it!! 🧺

We went on the most beautiful walk around the farm today and got to explore the creeks 🦆 and woods 🌳(& say hi to lots of animals, too 🥰🐴🫏)!! And then our kind new neighbors invited us up to see the mountain ⛰️ view 🌄 from their house 🏡 on top of the hill and just…. Wow!! 🤩 We love it here so much!!! 🥹 Such a lovely day and our hearts are so full ❤️ - what a gift beyond words this place is!! 🌳🌾🧺 And then the same sweet neighbor also sent me this photo she had taken of our house and barn years ago 📸🖼️ - so so beautiful!! 😍 Look how gorgeous our farm is with the mountains behind it - I was taken away!! 🥹🏡🚜🌄 And goodness… couldn’t ask for a more beautiful backyard view 🐴🌾🌳🫏 while the babies 👶🏼 are napping!! 💤

This week has been filled with the most stunning sunrises 🌄 and sunsets 🌅 over the farm 🇺🇸, moving and unpacking our final boxes ✔️📦, running lots of errands 🛒 for different things we’ve needed 🛍️, morning coffee ☕️ with the horsies 🐴, long walks 🌳 and picnic lunches 🧺 out by the lake 🦆 (& feeding the fishies 🐟 - the boys’ favorite 🤩), and making this beautiful farmhouse our H O M E !! 🥰🏡🌾

PS. As I was cooking dinner 🍽️ last night, we had more sweet neighbors 🫶🏽 come show up at our front door 🚪 with homemade 🥣 cinnamon muffins 😋 and the sweetest little “Jesus loves me” trinket 🥹 - I just can’t get over how special this place is! Thank you, Jesus!! 🙏🏽✝️ And last night’s project 🛠️ when @wesmabry got home 🏡 from work was to hang the gallery wall 🖼️ of photos 📸 in the living room 🛋️ and I’m obsessed y’all!!! 😍 I’ll have to show you again this morning with the natural light 🪟 - it looks so good!! 🤩 And just like that… we are officially done ✔️ hanging all the things and are done moving in!!! 🥳
