We’ve just had the sweetest time back home in Charlotte 🌃 with my family these first sweet slow couple of days after Christmas 🎄 - enjoying opening presents 🎁, watching the little ones 👶🏼 play with all their toys 🚜🧸 (and J learning how to ride his new bike 🚲 - so fun!! 🤩), staying in pajamas until noon 🤭, and soaking in this magical 🪄 time of year!! 🎅🏻🌟 #coziesttimeoftheyear

The day after Christmas is always one of my favorite coziest days of the whole year!! 🎄❤️ We’ve just had the sweetest slowest day back home sweet home 🏡 with my parents 🫶🏽 and have been soaking it all in!! 🥰 #homefortheholidays #dayafterchristmas #noplacelikehomefortheholidays

Also… look how precious this “boy mama” 🩵🩵 bracelet ny mother-in-love gave me 🎁 is next to my new @tinytags gold charm bracelet (with my boys’ names engraved on each charm 🌟) @wesmabry gave me- eek I love!! 😍

This morning, my mom went and found all of my old boxes 📦 of books 📚 from my teacher 👩‍🏫 days 🍎 (that all have the “Miss Carpenter” sticker on them ✏️🥹) and thought they would be perfect for my homeschooling classroom ahead on the farm 🚜🌾 - and we found the sweetest book 📖 I had called “The Little House” 🏡 that made us think of our sweet little house on the hill 🏡 on our new farm!! ✨ It was precious!! And we had my family’s classic Danish Kringle cake 🍰 and Christmas casserole 🥘 for breakfast - just the best!!! ❤️🎄💚 #christmasnostalgia

Going to a Christmas Eve Candlelight 🕯️ Service 💒 has always been the most special night of the year to me! 🌟

Started off this beautiful Christmas Eve morning with our cutie potpourri gifted 🎁 to us from sweet @briannagracewarren ❤️ - our home smells like a Christmas dream, y’all!! 😍✨ And then we made some Santa Claus 🎅🏻 pancakes 🥞 to celebrate Santa Claus 🦌 comin’ to town tonight!!! 🤭❤️🎁🎄 And Judson and “Dada” completed their Lego Advent Calendar tree 🎄🎅🏻from Papaw and look how cool it turned out!! 🤩 These cuties sure are excited!! 🥰

And we all love our annual “Christmas Eve” 🍪 baking 🥣 tradition to make our homemade Christmas 🎄 cookies for Santa Claus!!! 🎅🏻❤️🌟 Oh how I love ❤️ these sweet Santa 🎅🏻👶🏼 cuties of ours 🥹👶🏼 and my heart is overflowing this Christmas!! 🎄✨ Hands-down, the sweetest one yet!! 😭🏡🐴🌾
