Anddddd I was just talking to a sweet woman at our local community study group about this today… but my Mamaw used to always tell me I had a “country girl heart” 🐴🌻 - so it really does feel so “full circle” ⭕️ that I’m raising all these little country baby cowboys with my best friend and about to build our dreams out on our 15 acre farm (just down the road actually 🤭)!!! truly, one of the sweetest sweetest gifts of living up here in my great grandparents’ old farmhouse (for this season before we build oh our land 🤭🌾) is this 👏🏽 screened-in 👏🏽 porch 👏🏽 !!!! when we were praying through selling our home in the city to take this huge leap of faith (& ended up finding our dream 15 acres - all glory to God!!!!), this porch was the “god wink” 😉 for me - and boy, it sure has been special for this season with our babies so little!!! 🤱🩵👶🏼 And now, @wesmabry is gonna build me front AND back porches out on our land and I know I will he living out there as well lol - what can I say………… I am an outside lovin’ #porchgirl over here 😍

Homemade “from scratch” tortillas 😋 for our crockpot chicken fajitas 🫑 (Judson loveddd helping “flip” them haha) and sweetness out in the garden!!! 🪴💐 Love this sweet little life of ours so! 🫶🏽

And then we met up with my parents who were driving through town today 🫶🏽 and my Uncle Edgar for lunch at the local soda shop!!! 🥤 Sweet Baby Levi Rhett fell asleep 💤 the way there and slept through the majority of our lunch 🥹 (sweet baby!!) and it was just so good to all be together!! 🩵 Such a fun 🤩 Monday from start to finish!! ❤️

Just so magical seeing the awe and wonder in their little eyes 🥹 as they got to see all kinds of different animals - so many different types of fish 🐠🐟, lizards and iguanas 🦎, bunnies 🐇 (Sweet Baby Levi Rhett loved waving 👋🏼 at him and blowing him kisses 😘💋😚), birds 🦜, snakes 🐍, and more!!! 🤩 There is nothing better than hands-on, interactive learning experiences like this - I’m convinced!! 🙌🏽 And my boys were obsessed 🤭 with the store cat 🐈 named “Princess” 👸 and Judson tells everyone how we are going to be getting a kitty out on our farm 🚜 soon (because @wesmabry has told him we will definitely need one out there in the country when we build our new house 🏡 to keep the mice 🐭🐁 away)!! And yes….. we will for sure be coming back now - it was quite the hit!! 👏🏽

This week, we are starting a fun little “pets” 🐶🐈🐇🐠🐢🦮 unit and we have already had so much fun using “goldfish” 😉🧡 as our manipulative today and learning all about letter “G” and number 7!! 🫶🏽📚🎨📖 And after baby brother wakes up… we are headed out for a little field trip to the “pet shop” with our sweet friends!! Going to be such a fun day! 🤩
