Happy Spring Saturday, sweet friends!! 🌿 In case you missed it over on my personal page (@emilyjoannemabry ) this week… in honor of being less than 1️⃣ month away from sweet baby #2’s due date🤰🩵, I shared both Levi Rhett’s farm-themed nursery reveal 🚜🌾🐴 AND Judson’s safari-themed “big boy room slash playroom” reveal!! 🐘🪴🦒 I wanted to share a few of my favorite photos of both special spaces for y’all here in this post 🥰… alternating between the two!! We have been in full-blown “nesting mode” 🪺 over here in the Mabry household 🏡… and between getting both of the boys’ rooms ready 🛏️, organizing alllll the baby clothes 💫, getting the garden 🪴and yard 💐 ready for spring/summer ☀️, and just soaking in these final weeks with just our little Judson 🥰… it sure has been a precious season of life full of so much joy and excitement for our growing family!!🤰🩵 #36weekspregnant

We are truly so grateful to God for all that he is doing in this season of life!! My sweet local Bible study group even threw a precious little baby shower for baby Levi Rhett and I this past week 🎁👶🏼, and Judson is getting soooo excited to be a big brother soon!! We had my 36-week check-up a couple days ago and Judson loved getting to hear Levi Rhett’s whittle heartbeat 🩵 - truly melted my heart!! 🥹 We are so grateful for a healthy, happy, growing baby 👣… and the doctor even said he is already head-down and getting ready - so we are just so stinkin’ excited!!! 🙏🏽🥰

we’ve had the sweetest little Friday back home with my parents!! 🏡 we went out to lunch 🥪 near Papaw’s office 🏢 and then Judson snoozed 💤 his way through some errands I ran with my sweet mama 🥰…. including finding these adorable whittle doggie 🐶 blue lovies I got monogrammed 🧵🪡 as the sweetest big bro/little bro gifts 🎁 for the boys to give each other at the hospital!!! 🏥🎁 makes my heart so happy!!!! 🥹🥰

Got to start the morning with one last hair appt 💇🏼‍♀️ (before bebe🤰👶🏼🤭🥳!!!) with my longggggtime friend and hair queen, @heatherhuskinshair !! The best start to the weekend!! 😍 Now time to hang with my sweet mama and little J around town!! ✨

The baby’s heartbeat was 139 🩵 and the doctor said he is already head down and getting ready 🙌🏽 - yay!! 👶🏼 We are just so thankful and it was so sweet letting Judson get to come hear baby’s heartbeat today - he was amazed and I think he’s getting really excited now, too!!! 🥹🤭 #bigbrotherjudson

And feeling soo much “baby love” as my CBS Bible Study group threw the sweetest shower for baby Levi Rhett and I yesterday🤰🫶🏽 and gave us so many sweet baby gifts! 👶🏼🎁 Judson is one proud future big brother!! 🥰 It was a special day I will always remember - and we feel so blessed by so many prayers and people who love this baby!!!! 🙏🏽✨

One of the precious older ladies in my CBS group (which is women of ALL ages and walks of life… and truly has changed my life this year 😭🙏🏽) named Peggy hand-knitted the most beautiful blanket for Levi Rhett 👶🏼🩵 - and she said she has been working on it since the moment she found out about him🤰🥹 and has been praying for @wesmabry and I, Judson, and this baby with every stitch 🧶- and called it a “prayer shawl” 🫶🏽 - and yes, I bawled my eyes out 😭 when she told me this!! Seeing the love and kindness of God through people like Peggy just moves me in ways I can’t quite explain… but this is a special special blanket I will truly cherish forever!! 🥹👶🏼

Between getting both boys’ rooms ready 🩵, alllll the “nesting” around here 🪺, playdates with friends and cousins 🛝, picnics on our deck 🧺, beautiful sunshine weather to water our garden and flowers ☀️, and just soaking up these final weeks with just Judson… this has been such a precious season of life and are hearts are so full of joy and excitement!!🤰💐👶🏼🌾

The sweet ladies at my weekly @communitybiblestudy 📖 (& nursery class for Judson 🫶🏽) are throwing the most precious little baby shower for baby Levi Rhett and I this afternoon after our meeting 🎁, and I am just feeling so much love and gratitude for this all of the love, prayers, and community that the Lord has blessed us with in this beautiful season of life!! 🙏🏽 My Bible study leader pointed out that I have been pregnant🤰our entire time together (as she was one of the first people I told, after we had JUST found out the very week I started there - in September!! 🥹) - and what a gift it has been to be lifted up in prayer by such prayer warriors from the moment I found out I was pregnant, right up until these final months of carrying our little baby #2 and gift from God!! ✝️👶🏼💫 #communitybiblestudy #giftfromgod

This sweet woman instructed me to have all of the hospital nurses and doctor who delivered Judson to sign it after he was born 🤱👣- and it truly is now one of my most treasured m keepsakes 🥹 that being said… I wanted to have a copy for sweet Levi Rhett for HIS birth coming soon 🥹 - so I ordered the collection of books!!
