Summer nights !!!

a sweet evening 🌅 out here around the farm with “Dada” cutting the grass 🚜 (& the boys getting to go for a “ride” ofcourse 🤭), walking to visit a neighbor 🫶🏽, and some backyard baseball ⚾️ as the sun was going down!! 🌞

And always outside playing 🛝 , chasing chickens 🐓, and checking on the garden 🪴 (& fetching some quick veggies 🫑 for lunch 🥰) back home 🏡 on the farm!! 🧺

Had the best morning with a sweet friend from church going to the library 📚 and our favorite little coffee ☕️ shop and exploring around town!! 🌳 We are thankful for days like today!! 🌼

Morning muffins 🫐🥣😋 for my sweet little muffins 👶🏼🥰 this Wednesday morning!! ☀️ And then we’re off for a fun play date 🤩 with some sweet friends from church!! 💒

There’s nothing better than having rainbow 🌈 colored farm fresh eggs 🥚 to share with neighbors!! 🫶🏽

And all these babies 👶🏼 wanted was to snuggle 🥰 on the couch 🛋️ with mama when they woke up from their naps 💤 to the loud thunder bolts!! 😍 Oh I just know these are the sweet moments 🥹 I will dream 💭 about one day!!! I love being their mommy so!!! 🩵

And we have had the coziest afternoon/evenung thunderstorm ⛈️🌩️ while we were waiting on “Dada” to get home 🏡 from work!! ✨

We went to the first MomCo meeting of the year (a sweet community for mamas of little ones at our church 💒) and had the best time!! ✨ Even got to make some bedazzled 💎 crafts 🥰 and the boys both had fun 🤩 playing in childcare with all of their little friends, too!! 🙌🏽

And started off a fun 🤩 new homeschool preschool unit ✏️ all about the “beach” ☀️🌊🏖️ - which is so fun and perfect 😍 since we are headed there 🚙 this weekend!! Can’t wait!! 🥳 I love when units line up like this!! 📖 And our beach-themed 🌊🏖️🐚🦀🦪 sensory bin has been quiteee the hit 👏🏽 with these super fun 🤩 sticky foam beads - aka their play ocean and sand!! 🩵💛 Linked this sensory bin idea over on my LTKit app for y’all - we love it!! 👏🏽 Also linked this adorable 🥰 learning “fishing” 🎣🐟 alphabet game that they love!!! ❤️

And ofcourse out fetching eggs 🥚, swinging 💨, playing in the treehouse 🌳, and digging 🪏 in the sandbox 🪣 like little boys do!!! 👶🏼🩵👶🏼 And yesterday evening, “Dada” headed straight from work 🛻 to pick up another great fb marketplace find 🤭 (we were all so excited to see it!!! The most stunning 🤩 patio furniture set 🛋️ that I’ve been eyeing forever… that we got for the best deal!!), so we went on a walk to pick wildflowers 🌼 by the creek!! 💦 Oh how dreamy 💭 it is here - I sure do love where we live!!! 🌾 And after we got back, sure enough, Daddy was home with the patio 🛋️ set and it fit absolutely perfectly 🤩 on our cozy back porch!!! 🌾🥰 Yay for all of the late summer and fall hangouts ahead out there!! 🙌🏽

Look 👀 what this handsome man 🔥 has been up to all weekend 🤭 - painting 🖌️ all the lower cabinets 🪵 (in the kitchen, laundry room & office!) that gorgeous light powder blue 🩵 and the tops all white 🤍 - makin’ all of mama’s dreams come true!! 💭🦋 We’ve been wanting to do this since we moved in, and this was just the perfect 😍 “in town” weekend to do so!! 🏡 Anddddd he also finished painting 🎨 our front door 🚪 blue 🩵 right before the rain 🌧️ came in yesterday evening!!! ✨ It makes me so happy y’all!!!! 😍 #thisweekend #cabinetpainting #frontdoorpainting #lightbluedoor #blueandwhitekitchen

And just like that… the painting 🎨 is officially finished!!! ✔️ It has come together so beautifully and we are OBSESSED! 🤩 Look how perfect she looks - my dream light blue 🩵 and white 🤍 kitchen, front door 🚪, and dining area!!! 😍 Now, just to add some fun hardware (maybe even some hand painted knobs 🤭 - stay tuned later on for that!) and switch the last few old black 🖤 appliances to stainless steel 🩶 and a vintage kitchen window 🪟 light fixture 💡- and she will be farmhouse kitchen perfection!! 💐✨

We are so in love and I am so happy with how this sweet farmhouse living area is coming together 🩵 and love making it oh so cozy!!! 😍🧺 I’ll have to show it again tomorrow in the daylight 🌞 with those gorgeous farmhouse views of the land, too!! 🌳🌾 What an exciting weekend to remember!! ✨

And look who’s back at it 🤭 making mama’s dream 💭 kitchen 🥣 come to life!!! 😍 It’s looking so good, y’all!! ☺️ Like Wes said, we just need to eventually change the kitchen lighting 💡(& the fixture over the window 🪟) and add some pretty bronze or gold 💛 hardware!!!! ✨✨ Also going to eventually get a stainless steel 🩶 dishwasher and oven hood to match our other appliances - eek!!! 🤍
