We had such a fun “Friday Eve” around here going on a playdate at the park 🛝 with some sweet friends from church 💒 and then stopped by the sweetest local thrift shop 🛒 (so fun 🤩 ) on our way home 🏡 - and they were pretty excited about their new matching camo shirts 🦌 (“like daddy” 🤭) that they found!! 🤠🙌🏽

And these cuties 👨‍🍳👶🏼🥰 made mama breakfast 🍳 this morning 🥚 hehe - “crackin’ eggs” 🤭

We loved 🥰 getting to harvest 🧺 lots and lots of homegrown tomatos 🍅 from our garden 🪴last night!! 🥳🎉 Goodness I love this little small town life of ours and our beautiful farm sweet farm 🌳🌾 so!!! 🧺👶🏼🌾👣❤️

And neat story 🤭… we actually ended up winning 🏆 the little “Cow Day” social media giveaway 🎁 at our local Chick-fil-A 🐔 (we had SO much fun 🤩 making those cow costume masks 🎨✂️ the other week 🙌🏽) and ended up going to eat dinner 🍽️ there last night when we went!! 😍 We sure do love @cfaforestcity !! ❤️ These cuties 🥰 were so excited about all their little prizes - and especially these little “cow cows” 🐄 (be still my heart 🥹)- so sweet!!! 🐮 #chickfilaforestcity

This sweet homeschool room is so fun for learning ✍️ and playtime - what a gift it is being their “mommy teacher!” 👩‍🏫 And have been out exploring the pastures 🌳🌾 (they found an old birds nest 🪺 that we put back in the tree 🪾, dandelions 🌼, and more!!) and walking down to the pond 🦆 until the rain started back!!! ☔️ Gosh these are the days and what a precious childhood these cuties get to have out here!! 👶🏼👣

And LOOK y’all!!! We got our very first (!!) blue 🩵 egg 🥚 today from our girlies 🐓 and I am so giddy I squealed!!!! 🤭 And the CRAZY (!!) part is… I literally had just (!!) texted 💬 a friend how much I was hoping we would eventually get some blue eggs 💙 to complete our rainbow 🌈 cartons 🧺…. and no joke… not even an HOUR (!!) later, I went out to the coop 🪵 and there it was!! 🥹 A “God wink” 😉 if you ask me - just wow!! 😆🪺

Sweetest little view 👶🏼🎨🫟 while I was cooking dinner 🍽️ tonight 🥰🪟 - this little homeschool room is so special to us !!! 💛 And nothing says late summertime like a yummy 😋 orzo lemon 🍋 feta pasta salad with fresh tomatos 🍅 and cucumbers 🥒 from the garden!!🪴 It was a back patio dinner 🍽️ kind of night around here - August is so dreamy out here on the farm !!! 🌾 And just take a look at that sunset 🌅 and cotton candy clouds ☁️ walking out the front door 🚪- I just can’t believe this place is real !!! 🥰

Our farmhouse is feeling so cozy 🥰🪑 now as we are getting closer and closer to fall 🤭 - I loveeee summertime ☀️ but am getting really excited for our very first (!!) fall 🍁 here on the farm… I just know it is going to be so magical and stunning 🤩 here!! 🧡 Probably why I’ve been doing so many little touches inside the farmhouse to start preparing for “cozy season” 🔥🏡 ahead - eek!!! 😍
