And just like that…. Week 11 done ✔️ of my @nourishmovelove “12 Week Winter Arc” ❄️ program 💪🏽 - it’s been the best!!! And planning to start her new years program after th holidays, too!! 🎉🥳 And for all you busy mamas like me, these 30 minute daily strength training workouts are great 👌🏽 for this season of life and you can do them right from home (or at the gym!) in addition to whatever cardio you’re doing for the day!! 🏃‍♀️ Highly recommend!!! 🥰✨
