It’s been such a sweet little start to the new “homeschool preschool” week around here!! 🍎🫶🏽🥰 We are starting a new “body and emotions” unit this week with our “Magic of Childhood” curriculum 📖 by @clairemariahmurray (love!!!) and focusing on letter “K” and number 11!! 🫶🏽✨ Morning devotional ✝️, tangram puzzles 🧩, playdough fun 🤩, emoji stickers play 😍, popsicle stick letter and number building 🤗, sand tray writing ✍🏼, and so much more!! 💫 Oh how I love these precious little days with you, my firstborn sweetheart!!! 🥰❤️ What a gift it is being “mommy teacher” - truly feels like a dream 💭 come true for this former kindergarten/preschool teacher 👩‍🏫 hehe!! 🫶🏽 Trust that gut instinct mama and do what the Lord calls… because goodness, what a blessing this season has been for our whole family and we are loving it so!! 💫 Sweet, slow, simple and cozy days learning and loving!! ✨ Today’s “snowy christmas tree farm” sensory bin was quite the hit!! 🛻🌲❄️ These cuties play play played forever on the back deck 🪵 with their imaginations and it was the sweetest ever… and got us all so excited 🤭 for our family’s very favorite tradition of all coming up!!!! 🎄❤️✨ There’s just nothing cuter than this little country boy sweetness 🤭🛻❄️🌲🐴🐓🐖 christmasonthefarm And all the mud kitchen (linked ours over on my LTKit shop - it’s been so great 🤗) playing 🪵🌿🍂 (they made me “mud soup” according to Judson 🥣🫶🏽), leaf 🍁 raking 🍃, and watering 💦 the fall garden 🪴🥦 - oh these are the days!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽 And a little Christmas story (“The Sweet Smell of Christmas” 🐻🎅🏻 was one my mom always read to us and she gave it to all the grandkids a few Christmases back… and now it’s MY babies’ favorite too 🥹🥰) with my babies before naptime snuggles! 🎄🧸📖 PS. And for those who’ve already been asking… I got the easy snow recipe from @the_baise_crew 🥰🫶🏽 - I mixed 2.5 cups baking soda with 1/2 a cup of conditioner and it turned out perfect!! 👌🏽 Highly recommend 👏🏽 and will keep your little ones occupied for loads of fun!! 🤩 LTKdayinmylife LTKBaby LTKKids
