And then Judson worked on making “maps” 🗺️📍 for him and Levi Rhett for all their adventures… how creative 🎨 is that?! 😍

And went on a “hike” 🥾 down our driveway to the pond/lake 🦆🌾 to go “ catch some fish” 🎣 - look at my tiny cutie whittle fisherman hehehe!!! 🐟

And to go along with this week’s thematic unit, we set up our cutie little tent ⛺️ for the boys 🫶🏽 to do some imaginary 💭 play 🌳 and they have loved it all morning!!! ❤️ Oh how fun 🤩 and the pure magic 🪄 of childhood!! 🌿

And lastly, I restocked on some items for around the house 🏠 anddddd when found a few more 🤭 cutie fall 🍂 decor items to start prepping for fall decorating 🌾 coming up in the next couple of weeks, too!! 🧡🤎 Yay!! 🎉

I also always love ordering the babies some new water bottles 💦 and snack containers 🫙 for the school year (for our weekly bible study group 💒 , their preschool class 🍎, sunday school, all the things 👏🏽) and even stocked up on some new stainless steel suction plates 🍽️ and cups 🥤 for the kitchen, too!! 🫶🏽 Linked everything on my LTKit shop!! 🔗 And those monogrammed labels 🏷️ are so great, too - still taking the same ones I purchased last year!! 🙌🏽

Is there anything better 🥰 than coming home to the farm from church 💒 on a Sunday afternoon whipping up 🥣 an apple 🍎 pie 🥧 (with apples 🍏 you just picked 🧺 from the orchard !! 🌳) with your babies?! 👶🏼 Baking a delicious 😋 homemade apple pie 🥧 is the best part of going apple 🍎 picking… in my opinion!! 🤭 And we let it bake 🔥 while the little ones were napping 💤 and they were so excited to try it when they woke up!! 🫶🏽 And eek lookie how pretty 🤩 it turned out!! 🙌🏽 Such a yummy 😋 post-dinner 🍽️ treat (served 🥣 with vanilla icecream ofcourse!) tonight for the fam!!! 🍎🥧🍦 And spent the rest of the evening out by the barn and with these boys 👶🏼🐶 livin’ their best life 🤭 in the old red ❤️ truck!! 🛻 Oh these are the days!!! 🫶🏽

Went back to our old house 🏠 (that we rent out now 🙌🏽) to check up on things and do some cleaning 🧹- and look 👀 at these pumpkins 🎃 that grew in our old chicken 🐓 coop from last fall hahahaa!! There were actually a ton (!!) more, but the squash bugs 🐜 already got to those!! 🤭

It was a homemade 🥣 sweet potato 🍠 pancakes 🥞 kind of mornin’ around here!! 😋 Oh and “Doggie 🐶 and Goosie” 🪿 got their own little mini pancakes, too!! 🤭🥰 Oh how I love the magic 🪄 of childhood!!! 🫶🏽😍 And nothin’ we love more than waking up to beautiful blue skies 🩵☁️ out here on the farm with this view!!! ☀️🥰

And we’ve been soaking up every last bit of sweet summertime 🌞 around here and headed back home sweet home 🏡 to the Queen 👑 City 🏙️ for the day to hang with my sweet daddy (my mom is out of town with my aunt 🫶🏽) and went to our favorite local lunch spot 🍔 (@providenceroadsundries ofcourse!!) and spent the rest of the day out by the pool at my parents’ house!! 🏠💦

Andddd my sweet daddy (their “Papaw” 🥰) watched the babies 👶🏼 so mama and daddy could go on a date night 🍽️ to the country club!!! 😍 What an all around perfect day and can’t think of a better way to end it than good food 😋 and conversation 😘 with my honey!!! 🍯 I’m one happy happy girl 🌸 with this man by my side!!! 🫶🏽

Happy FriYAY, y’all!! 🦋🌾 Woke up to the dreamiest foggy 🌫️ morning out here on the farm 🐓🌼🌳 -like Judson said, “feels like we are inside of a cloud ☁️, mama!” 💫 And had a sweet slow morning hangin’ on bubba’s bed 🛌 (with allllll the stuffed animals 🧸 ofcourse 🤭) and looking at the horsies 🐴 and donkeys 🫏 right outside the window!! 🪟 What an actual dream!! 💭 And then been out and about in town 🚙 all day going to meet the boys’ new preschool 🍎 teachers 👩‍🏫 at our weekly CBS ✝️ Bible Study 📖 group 💒 that starts back next week (eek… so excited!!) and a trip to our favorite 🤩 Friday spot - the library 📚 ofcourse!! 🫶🏽💫 And after we got home from our errands, a sweet neighbor had dropped off some books 🧺 at the door for the boys, too!! 💫 So thoughtful and sweet!! 🥲 I really am raising some little book 📖 worms 🐛 around here and I love it!! 🥰 Hope everyone has a lovely weekend ahead soaking in these late summertime August days!! 🌾🌼🌻 #happyfriday #sahmonafarm #homeschoolmama #lovethissmalltownlife #dayswithmylittles
