Week 9 done ✔️ of my @nourishmovelove “12 Week Winter Arc” ❄️💪🏽 program - woohoo!! 🥳 Highly recommend her 30-minute daily strength training workouts for all you busy mama out there - so easy to fit into my day and knock them out first thing in the morning while my littles are playing!!! ✨ 9 weeks straight of doing them every morning (sometimes doubling up if we are out of town!), and can’t recommend enough!! 🙌🏽 LTKHoliday
