Had my parents up to visit this afternoon and we made some yummy 😋 strawberry 🍓 shortcake for dessert!! 🍰 The sweetest kind of Sunday!! 😍 Also, got our new ferns 🌿 hung up on the front and back porches - look how good they look!! 🙌🏽🌾🌳

Nothing like a post-church 💒 trip to our second home 🏡 - @loweshomeimprovement 🛠️ Ofcourse!! 😍 And we picked up a few ferns for the front and back porches, too!! ☺️🌿🙌🏽

Tonight warmed my heart SO big seeing these little built-in #brotherbesties 👶🏼🩵👶🏼 playing together til the sun went down and made me absolutely GIDDY 😍 for this summer with them at the sweetest and most fun 🤩 little ages - and now they actually can play 👏🏽 together 👏🏽 (and all the mamas said amen!!! 🙌🏽)!! “Dada” has been expanding 🛠️ the chicken 🐓 coop 🪵 run 🩶 height (the back side) to be walk-able (like the front) and it’s looking so good!! 😊 So thankful for my handy handsome hubby!! 💪🏽 Meanwhilc I got to spend sunset 🌅 in my garden 🪏 watching my babies 👶🏼 splashing and playing 💦 - ohh these are the days!! 🌞

It’s been a sweet week full of tball games 🧢⚾️🏟️ (go Judson go with that coach’s pitch hit 💪🏽💨), our first trip of the season 🧺 to strawberry hill 🍓, days and evenings playing outside here on the farm 🚜🌾, homeschool preschool learning 📖 and storytime at the library 📚 (learned all about safety ⚠️ and traffic lights 🚦 this week!!), playing (or “fishing” 🎣 according to Judson 🤭) in the beautiful shaded 🌳 creek 💦 down by the lake 🪿, morning garden 🪴 and chicken 🐓 coop checks 🥚, peonies in bloom 🌸 all over 😍, and so much more!! 🫶🏽 #lifelately #lifeonthefarm
