Found the cutest white lace 🤍 curtains to go over our gorgeous kitchen bay windows 🪟 and these precious floral light blue and white ones 🩵 to go in our living room!! 🤗 And we ordered some pretty antique bronze curtain rods that will come in next week!! 😍 This has been on my farmhouse to-do list 📋 for a while now… and I’m excited to get these all cute 🥰 and cozy overlooking our farm sweet farm views!!! 🌳🌾 Yay!!! 🎉 Oh and the boys got a Mickey Mouse firetruck 🚒, too hehe!! 🤭 You can shop all our picks over on my LTKit shop!! 🔗🩵

And psstttt just can’t beat the view of cornfields 🌽 in the summertime 🌞- I just love living way out in the country!! 🌾 And getting to see our “deer deer” 🦌 friends - look at that precious whittle baby !!!! 🥰🫶🏽🌾 And how stunning 🤩 is this picture 📸 my neighbor sent me last night from across the pond?! I mean…. unreal y’all!!! Look at that sunset 🌅 and what a dream 💭!!! 😍 And it just hit me that July marks 6+ months since we found and moved in to our dream farm and forever home… I just can’t believe it’s real life y’all!! 🌾 I always dreamed of raising my babies 👶🏼 out on a farm on a bunch of land… and here we are!!!! 🌞

Then today started with Sunday morning church 💒 and such a good sermon!!! 🙌🏽🌞 And got to meet up with my sweet daddy (their “Papaw”) 🥰 at our fav spot - Waffle 🧇 House 🏡 ofcourse!! 💛 And nothing sweeter than Sunday naptime when “Dada” gets to rock the baby 👶🏼 down for his nap 💤 - and eek!!! Wes finally switched out our grey blinds for some new pretty white ones 🤍 up in the playroom 🐴 and it looks so good!! 😊 Happy mama over here! 🙌🏽 We spent so many months on the outside of our farm, but now we are starting to tackle a few last little projects inside our sweet farmhouse on the hill!! So much fun 🤩 watching it all come to life!! 🏡 #theyearofHOME

And lastly, my dad ended it up spending the afternoon and evening over here 🫶🏽 and it was a cookout 🍔🍉🌭 kind of night around here!! 🤍

You know it’s a happy happy mornin’ 🤗 when the hubby comes home from @loweshomeimprovement 🛒 with 10 bags (!!) of new sand 🪣 for the boys’ new sandbox 🪵 (that he built for me 🛠️ last night 😘🤭) andddd a coffee ☕️ for mama!!! 😍 Goodness I love this handsome country man of mine so!! 🌳🌾 And just like that, we put all the sand in the boys’ new big octagon wooden 🪵 sandbox 🪏🪣 and eek I just love it so much!! 🤭💖 I just know they are going to make so many special memories out here getting to “dig, dig, dig!!” 🪏 🚧🐴🌾 #cheerstoallthefuntimes

There’s nothing sweeter than seeing the pure JOY 🤩 on these sweet little barefoot babies’ 👶🏼 faces when they saw all the sand they got to play in… they both kept saying - “like the beach, 🏝️ mama!!” - be still my heart!! 💖 Barefoot 🦶 babies 👶🏼 in a big wooden sandbox 🪣 out on a farm 🚜 (with chickens 🐓 runnin’ around and horsies 🐴🫏 behind them 🤭) - just doesn’t get much dreamier than this!! 🥰 #countrybackyardofmydreams

Started this Friday mornin’ off with the most beautiful run 🏃‍♀️ - and got to say hi 👋🏼 to the cutest deer 🦌 friend, too!! 🫶🏽✨ And nothing we love more than yummy breakfast 🍳 with our farm fresh 🐓 eggs!! 🥚

We had the most precious gifted “happy mail” 📬💝 come in from my favorite company - @thetruthandlightco ✨ - this beautifully illustrated prayer 🙏 journal 📖 for kids!! 👶🏼 Thank y’all so much - we are so excited to use this all the time!! And what a lovely idea and way to make prayer 🤲 tangible for little ones!!! 💐 Linked this beautiful new prayer journal over on my LTK shop!! 📖🔗

These sweet hard hat 👷‍♂️ 🚧 wearin’ babies 👶🏼 lovedddd waking up to play in their new “forest” 🌳 play area 😍 (with their tools 🛠️ ofcourse 🤭) back behind the guest house and barn 🐴 and we just love this @backyarddiscovery playhouse from Wes’ parents and think this is the perfect spot for their little “forest” play area!! 🌳🌾

Here’s a recap “day in the life” from yesterday 🥰🫶🏽 The best part about my T/Th gym class 🤸🏼‍♀️ is waking up to the pretty festive lights ✨ downtown and leaving the class to the sun coming up 🌅 - just doesn’t get better than that!!! ☀️ g o o d m o r n i n g from the farm and our “deer deer” 🦌 (look at that sweet mama and baby!!) and horsie/donkey 🐴🫏 and chicken 🐓 friends 🫶🏽 - this place is truly such a dream 💭 come to life, y’all 💖 And always in our country backyard here on the farm - running wheelbarrows 🌾, watering 💦 the garden 🪴 & orchard 🌳, admiring butterflies 🦋, and making it “snow” ❄️ hehe 😉 with the crepe myrtle blooms 🌸 (like I always did as a little girl 👧- so nostalgic)!! I love being a mama and spending my days raising these sweet country 🤠 babies!!! 👶🏼 While we were eating lunch 🥪, Judson said - “Look mama, another deer 🦌 !!!” - so we’ve been out on the front porch admiring the “deer deer” out in our front pastures!! 🌳🌾 Goodness we love this slice of heaven so!!! ✨

And once “Dada” got home 🏡 from work last night, we spent the evening doing yard work - daddy 🚜 cutting the grass 🌱 and the boys helping mama pull weeds 🪏 around the house and guest house 🏠 - and surprisingly, they were actually really helpful lol!!! They called themselves the “weed wackers” 🤭mylittlefarmhands

Also, to get ready for the new wooden octagon sandbox coming in for the boys (so excited about it 😍), we did some rearranging and moved their cutie little playhouse (& old school turtle 🐢 sandbox 🪣 ) back behind the guesthouse in what they call our “forest” with these big dreamy cypress trees 🌲 (Judson calls them Christmas trees hehe 🤭) - and I love it!! It’s such a cozy little play area for them (& has a little pathway for them to explore, too 🤩) now on a different part of our farm besides the backyard!!! 🌾 And look at that sunset 🌅, too!! Oh how wonderful it is to have finally found our forever farm and home sweet home!! 🏡 The boys are going to be so excited to come play out here this morning!! ☕️
