3 oz prosecco
1 oz club soda
Lemon slice, for garnish

Instructions
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Using a jigger or measuring cup, pour in:
2 oz limoncello

Give the drink a quick stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint.
