I always keep a few vanilla and chocolate packages in my pantry just for ✨emergencies✨ Grab Jell-O at your local grocery or online! easyrecipe fallrecipe Candy coating/shell: candy chocolate coating Cheesecake layer: 1 8 oz package softened cream cheese ¼ c granulated sugar 1 c whipped topping Pudding layer: 1 package Instant JELL-O pumpkin spice pudding 1 c cold milk 1 c whipped topping Crust: Gingersnaps Instructions: Microwave candy coating until melted. Spread coating onto your silicone mold making sure the layer is not translucent. Freeze the candy layer for 10 minutes. Prepare the cheesecake layer by combining all ingredients until smooth. Prepare the pudding layer by whisking milk into pudding powder then folding in the whipped topping. Layer the cheesecake then the pudding into the chocolate shells, filling 2/3 full. Crumble gingersnaps into shell. Top with melted candy coating to close the shell. Freeze for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
