I wear my true size in everything! 29 regular jeans (Paige are 27” ish length) and the button down a medium but you can def size down unless you want it more oversized. The sweaters: you need to read the size charts! I don’t own them sadly!

My outfit for a friends 40th birthday. In a medium button down ribbed shirt dress with tie. Loving these rhinestone heels. They’re so fun and were tolerable all night! Mediums in all other except the lace dress. I got a large but didn’t realize it says runs large. It has some room, so I’d say you potentially size down one from what you’d normally order in this! Since it’s told it fitting, a large would be my go to but the medium would’ve worked fine.
UPDATE: the lace one sold out so fast so I linked similar vibes!! I also linked the floral option I got but didn’t arrive in time to share!
