I was starting to make this for myself and decided to quickly film and share it. It’s such a good little treat with anti inflammatory ingredients and 12g of protein! Make it ☕️ Ground ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, unflavored protein, nutmeg (optional), vanilla, little maple syrup, almond milk. Mix it all together and warm it. Be careful because it does get hot quick! I don’t measure it, I just add in what I think I’ll like :)
