New On Cloud workout sneakers. I love the navy blue accents.

4 pull ups in a row! This was my third set, so I was tired and cheated a bit on the last one (arms not fully locked out) but this is still a huge accomplishment. I started small group strength training classes a little over a year ago, not being able to do any pull ups! I am linking my outfit and my shoes plus the weight training shoes I should have been wearing but was running late. I will also link the creatine supplements I take. The powder is for days I have smoothies for breakfast and the gummies are for days I do not have a smoothie.

Target workout pants on sale! So is the Athleta jacket. Wearing an xs in the pants and an xxs in the jacket but I would say get your normal size in the jacket.

Weightlifting sneakers. So apparently running sneakers are too flexible and cushioned for weight training. Instead you should have a flat bottom sneakers. I did my research and these came highly recommended plus you can get a teacher/first responder discount!

10 minutes on this LifePro vibration plate is supposed to equal 30 at the gym. I use it pre or post workouts to help with soreness and lymphatic drainage. When I have a vacation coming up I use it every day to help me look bathing suit ready.

Lululemon on sale! I have these leggings in the rainforest green and wear a size 2 in the 25 length. I also have the tank in a size x-small, and the on sneakers in a 6.5 (true to size). The Apple Watch is on sale and keeps me motivated.
