4 pull ups in a row! This was my third set, so I was tired and cheated a bit on the last one (arms not fully locked out) but this is still a huge accomplishment. I started small group strength training classes a little over a year ago, not being able to do any pull ups! I am linking my outfit and my shoes plus the weight training shoes I should have been wearing but was running late. I will also link the creatine supplements I take. The powder is for days I have smoothies for breakfast and the gummies are for days I do not have a smoothie. LTKfitnessgoals
