honest opinion: it is smaller than i expected, but that worked out better for us anyways. even though Ellie has an entire room for toys and stuff, i really want to do a LOT with her playroom. right now we keep this couch spread out for her to sit on and play, and she loves it. you can do a lot of builds with this too, so she will enjoy it when she gets older! if the size is what turns you away, you could buy 2 of these for the price you’d pay for other brands! we absolutely love it. i could not recommend enough
