My workout routine…. I started using a weighted vest about a year ago and it has been a game changer. I love being able to clear my mind by listening to a podcast while I go on a 30-40 minute walk with my weighted vest on. Then I’ll come home and do weights or complete a set of bodyweight exercises with the vest. For me, it’s the single best piece of fitness gear that I use for my home workouts. I follow up my workouts with creatine + protein + collagen supplements.
