A $25 Amazon find that’s coming everywhere with me. 🤎

I wanted a crossbody that was big enough to actually hold what I need, but still easy to carry hands-free. This one is perfect for our Arizona trip, weekends exploring the city, and especially bike rides when I don’t want to carry a tote.

I love the woven chocolate brown—it looks much more elevated than the $25 price tag and works with so much of my wardrobe.

Proof that a great find doesn’t have to be expensive.

Designer’s Review | New Balance 327 👟

When I find something that works, I’m not afraid to buy it in another color.

I’ve had my first pair of New Balance 327s for a while, and they’ve become one of the most-worn sneakers in my wardrobe. They’re comfortable enough for days with a lot of walking, but what I really love is that they don’t feel like just a workout shoe.

They look just as good with jeans, trousers, shorts, or casual travel outfits, which is exactly what I want from a sneaker.

I recently added this neutral colorway, and I already know they’ll get plenty of wear.

I already train three days a week, but I love mixing in something different occasionally, especially when it means getting to spend time with her.

One Thing I’d Buy Again: Salt & Stone Body Wash

This is one of those little everyday luxuries I keep coming back to. The scent is beautiful, but more importantly, it works well for my sensitive skin and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or dried out after I shower. Great scent + great formula = something I’d absolutely repurchase.

The details really do matter. 🤎

I started with an ivory cami and chocolate brown leather skirt, but I really wanted to carry the black Chanel bag I borrowed from Vivrelle.

Instead of worrying that the black didn’t “match,” I added a black belt to repeat the color and tie the look together. Such a small styling decision, but it makes the entire outfit feel more cohesive.

I’d buy this blush again in a second. The rounded shape is designed so well for your face. I can swipe it right along my cheekbone and it naturally follows the contour without needing a lot of blending. It’s quick, easy and gives me that effortless flush I want from an everyday blush.

This is one of those Amazon finds that looks so much more expensive than it is. The woven texture gives it an elevated look, but what really sold me is how practical it is. I’ve been using it for errands, travel, weekends around the city, and it will be perfect for biking. For $25, this was an easy yes.

Behind the Design | The biggest lighting mistake I see homeowners make?

Relying on recessed lighting to do all the work.

Recessed lights are functional, but when all your light comes from the ceiling, even a beautifully designed room can feel flat and overly bright.

I design lighting in layers: architectural lighting where you need it, decorative fixtures like pendants and sconces, and lamps that create softer pools of light at different heights.
