Carrot Cake Bites Recipe

Ingredients
• 1 cup finely chopped carrots (use a food processor)
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
• 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Optional add-ins: shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, or mini chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky but able to hold together.
