The best way to apply it is definitely with the It Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Brush #7 which blends it out beautifully. Normally I'm a Beauty Blender girl but this brush is perfect for this. It's definitely more of a full coverage foundation and less is more, so build slowly.
