I am a 32D and I decided to go with a size small because sometimes I can also do a 34B. I think the fit is great! And these socks are incredible! They are pricey, but they are worth it, especially if you have Foot issues I have bunions and these socks feel absolutely amazing throughout my workouts and walking. Socks run true to size.
