To every person in my DMs who has said “I’ve started Yesteryear and it’s so creepy and gross. . . should I keep going?” I’ve told them if it were me, I would just give it up I don’t think it’s worth your precious reading time Also, it was the weirdest combination of “can’t look away” and boring. Every time it switched back to the 1800s, I found myself skimming (and I basically never ever skim a book) What’s your take on this wildly buzzy book?
