I’ve wished for ages that I was one of those people who could slide by on a few hours of sleep (or sleep anywhere!) but those aren’t my gifts 🥴 I need a solid 8 hours and I need them basically every night! So when we travel, I know that prioritizing sleep is a big deal (for me and for the rest of my family!). Making time to get a good night sleep and packing my sound machine and some melatonin are non-negotiables for me because I’m just not interested in spending my whole trip exhausted and grumpy.
