Twice baked sweet potatoes - the ultimate cozy side dish your Thanksgiving table needs. 🍠✨ Creamy, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. Save this recipe to make your holiday dinner extra special! Recipe below! Bake your sweet potatoes on 350° for about an hour, until tender. Take out of the oven and let cool 10 minutes - they will still be hot but not as bad! Slice your sweet potatoes into 1-2 inch sections and place flat on the baking sheet. Scoop out about 3/4 of the potato - you want to leave in a small layer to give it a base. Place your scooped potato in a bowl and add in 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup & 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix and scoop back in your potatoes. Topping: 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped pecans & 2 tablespoons melted butter. Combine and sprinkle on top, baking for an additional 15 minutes. So delicious, I can’t wait to have these for thanksgiving lunch!!!! LTKFamily LTKHome LTKSeasonal
