I am a size S-M/36-38EU and wearing a coat size M/38EU here. If you want it fitted, stick to your original size but if you want it oversized then go a size up. This is actually my 3rd winter wearing this coat and it is no longer available in this pastel blue colour. But available in Green, Brown and Black.
