protein per serving. It’s a yummy breakfast or snack idea!!

Ingredients

frozen raspberries
frozen strawberries
frozen blueberries
milk of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
walnuts
almonds
chia seeds
•
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Tips for blending: Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
Blend in short bursts instead of continuously. If your blender struggles, let the berries sit out for 2 - 3 minutes to soften slightly or add a little bit more milk. Serve with fresh berries, chia seeds and nuts ✨
