I tried these shirts in the curve love and the regular fit. The main difference is the proportions of waist and thighs.

Curve love - things have more room compared to the waist (picture in size 29)

Regular fit - waist and things are more symmetrical. I lack curves so I preferred this fit on me.

These jean shorts are amazing quality and do have some stretch! I recommended going up 1 size from your normal size in these dad shorts.

I grabbed everything in a size M except for the sweatshirt and biker shorts/leggings which I am wearing a S.

Everything is amazing quality and if you have ever tried Aerie, then you know how soft their clothes are. The only piece I didn’t love was the crochet swimsuit bottom. It just had too much fabric in the crouch. 🤷🏼‍♀️
