Today I tried the outside trick and it worked like a charm!

This is the lightest pack + play I’ve ever used. Soo easy to move around the house and outside. LOVE the sunshade because Charlotte is soo happy outside, but can’t wear sunscreen yet / could get overheated easily. We will be taking this on vacation with us! AND the bag has a backpack option to carry it!

This time around with breastfeeding, I started taking sunflower lecithin immediately and I truly think it’s made a difference with my supply! If you’ve been around for a while, you know that I struggled with my supply when it came to nursing my first baby. This time around I’ve had zero issues so far, I’m six weeks in and my milk has been established and everything is going more smoothly overall!

I recently had a clogged milk duct as well, so I continued of course, taking sunflower lecithin and it helped without a doubt!

I also have these other supplements on hand for when I go back to work so that if my supply drops, I will have tools to help me get it back up!
