Ingredients * 1 lb (450 g) ground meat (beef or beef + turkey mix) * 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian-style or plain) * ½ cup milk * 1 large egg * ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese * 3 cloves garlic, minced * ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped * 1 tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano) * 2–3 tbsp olive oil (for frying) Instructions 1. Soak breadcrumbs In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let it soak 1–2 minutes until soft. 2. Mix gently Add egg, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the ground meat and mix gently with your hands—don’t overwork. 3. Shape Roll into meatballs about golf ball size (I use cookie scooper to make even. Then I wet my hands and roll them in between my fingers to make them more round. 4. Bake heat oven 400° and then bake about 18 to 20 minutes-turn once while baking. 5. Finish cooking * Serve as-is or I ⏬ * Brow a couple minutes on stove top and then add two sauce to Simmer in marinara sauce for 15–20 minutes making them more tender.
