Seems that my pineapple skirt foretold of today's Cuban brunch: a fresh pina colada served in a pineapple 🍍! Heaven made with: -Havana Club Cuban rum (duh) -pineapple juice -fresh coconut cream -& pineapple chunks all frappe'd together.
