I made this pumpkin Brie baked appetizer for a test kitchen Friendsgiving. It looks way fancier than it actually is! Simple to make & leveled up the fall vibes for a thanksgiving charcuterie board. Pumpkin Baked Brie šŸ‚ Ingredients - [ ] Frozen Puff pastry sheet (thaw before use or microwave for 15 seconds each side) - [ ] Wheel of Brie, apricot jam, 1 egg white - [ ] Cinnamon stick & sage leaves & Cooking twine Directions - [ ] Preheat oven to 375° - [ ] Lay out puff pastry, add a few spoonfuls of jam in the center, place Brie wheel onto the jam. Cut puff pastry into a circle then wrap it around the Brie, pinching the edges - [ ] Cut the twine and tie them around the pastry brie wheel turning it into a pumpkin. Make sure the knotted side is down before coating with egg whites. - [ ] ��Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut the strings to remove them. - [ ] Add your cinnamon stick stem and sage leaves. Make sure to lay the leaves first before adding the stick to help tuck them in.
