If you're tired of your makeup sliding off halfway through the night, these are the two things I’ve started doing that actually made a difference.

I’ve realized that for me, longevity really starts with skin prep. I’ve been consistent with a gentle exfoliator and dermaplaning lately, and it’s makes a difference in getting that smooth, "filter" finish without the peach fuzz getting in the way.

Secondly, I mist my setting spray between every layer: foundation, powder, blush, and again at the end. It feels like it really locks everything into place so you don't have to worry about touch-ups while you're out.

The secret to it’s longevity: skincare + layering setting spray in between each layer of makeup. I’m using shade 13 in the foundation, medium in setting powder, get the hint? in lipstick, and divine rose in blush. An absolute incredible Amazon find. These trouser-style yoga pants are a huge hit for a reason, and I officially understand the hype. I first bought them in black, loved them, and just got this gorgeous burgundy color in the mail.

The vibration plate I bought is current on sale! I wish I purchased it at this price 🤪 a little update with my experience: I’ve had acne/pain in my right hip area for a few months now. There’s something so comforting about carving out a few quiet moments in my day to journal and plan. It brings grounding structure to my daily life, and letting myself write freely in my journal has been one of my favorite ways to clear my mind and reset. Almost out of my current morning shower body wash and wanted to try something new. This one’s been recommended to me,
