Back in the day, I used to feel like it wasn't worth it if I couldn't get in an official workout. If I didn't walk through gym doors at some point during the day, it didn't count. 🙅🏻‍♀️ Times have definitely changed, especially with two small (very energetic) kiddos to chase around. Workouts are so much more lax, and they happen at random times. Sometimes it's a quick strength circuit in the garage. Sometimes I turn up the music and have a dance party with the girls for some extra cardio. Sometimes, I don't get the chance to work out until 9pm, but I know I'll sleep better and feel more centered if I make it happen, even if it's a quick workout. I don't work out nearly as often as I used to, but I make the workout time COUNT and try to sneak in some extra movement throughout the day when I can. Today, it was a simple walk around the neighborhood with the dogs, and it was just what I needed. If you're looking to sneak in a quick sweat session, check out the yoga-inspired strength workout up on the blog today! It's bodyweight based, so all you need is a mat to get in a great sweat. And if you're in the shopping mood, I'm wearing the comfiest Zella jumpsuit. It's basically like workout pajamas. Check it out in the @liketoknow.it app, or head to the link in my profile. So, tell me friends: what's something you do when you want to get in a workout, but only have 10-20 minutes? http://liketk.it/2vNpv #liketkit #LTKunder100
