WALKING Has been my go-to form of movement for a few years now, weather permitting. Every morning I go for at least an hour walk. I also aim for 20 min at lunch. Walking is an easy way to get your heart rate up, burn calories and stay active. I’ll listen to a podcast, make those dreaded phone calls, send emails, call/text with friends Some of the walking routes I’d recommend in/outside the city: - The Bridal path - the houses are next level.
